The native GDoc equation conversion has some issues, though it is mostly readable. "Images" takes a while to generate, but should look pretty good. If "None" is chosen, native TeX will appear in your document. There are various add-ons available, such as Auto-LaTeX, g(Math), and equatio that can help convert these.
